IMPORTANT NOTICE

By the conditions set out below, WINIFY will not be liable for any losses and damages that may occur, and secondly, wherever they are liable, the amount of liability is strictly limited to the amount stated in condition No. 4.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Due to existing regulations, the company will not accept the following items: Antiques, Currency, Drugs, Explosives, Firearms, Jewellery, Liquor, Livestock, Money Orders, Personal Mail, Works of Art, IATA restricted articles, Instruments in bearer form, and Articles in Liquid Form. The shipper sending such articles without a declaration or with a wrong declaration shall be doing so at their own risk.

2. All freight, excluding the items noted in Point No.1 are accepted entirely at the risk and responsibility of the Shipper/Consignor.

3. All claims regarding the consignment will be settled at the Booking Centers only, subject to the rules, regulations, and conditions of carriage of the Company. All claims must be forwarded to the company in writing within 30 days of booking.

4. The company is liable only to the Consignor/Shipper for any loss or damage to the shipment to the extent of loss or damage to a document or parcel actually sustained. Subject to a maximum amount of Rs. 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only) in case of domestic packages and Rs. 2000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only) in case of international packages.

5. The company is not responsible for any damages or late delivery due to fire, accident, riots, strikes, theft, floods, natural calamities, flight or train delay, cancellation, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. All shippers sending high-value articles should declare the value and get such articles insured for the transit period. The company shall not be responsible for any damages or losses if the value is not declared at the time of booking. Articles must be accompanied with valid documents showing the value of the articles.

7. All government dues, wherever applicable, shall be to the account of the shipper and must be paid at the time of booking.
